​This is a page to share information of ascension. And ascension is the expansion of awareness and acceleration of vibrational energy, creating a shift in consciousness. When a life system on this planet raises its vibrational state (frequency) from one energetic state of being to another higher one, it is known as ascending. 这是个分享能量维度扬升相关信息的页面。扬升是意识的扩展和振动能量的加速，能量的扬升可以创造意识的转变。当这个星球上的生命系统将其振动状态（频率）从当前能量状态提升到另一更高能量状态时，这种转变被称为意识维度扬升。 The seven energy centers of the human body refer to seven kinds of light or consciousness centers, which filter and process the love/light energy of the unity of the universe (Tao), and pass through the (south and north) poles of the energy system at the same time. Each energy center (light center or chakra) represents a stage or mode of consciousness, with its own expression, homework and one aspect of self-identity. The energy center is arranged in a hierarchical structure of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple. This is also the first task of any individual that has begun to consciously perceive the process of evolution and ascension. The core of conscious energy ascension has three aspects: knowing yourself, accepting yourself, and becoming a creator (both in broad and narrow sense). 了解并激活人体七个能量中心（光芒或意识中心）可以促进人格的修炼与能量的和谐，使人逐渐提高能量震动频率并将自身显化于更高维度实像中（例如和谐的人生体验与心态）。这亦是任何已开始有意识地觉察到进化扬升过程的实体之首要工作。意识能量扬升的核心有三方面：知晓你自己，接受你自己，成为造物者（广义与狭义并存）。
